Service Description

BitWave provides online audio mastering and audio processing tools. The service is provided on an "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.

User Content

Users retain ownership of all uploaded audio files. By uploading a file, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to use and process the content.

File Retention

Uploaded files and generated mastering files are automatically deleted after approximately 1 hour.

Limitation of Liability

BitWave shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or interruption resulting from the use of the service.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
